UV-C Bio System installed at the University of Siena, Italy

TCR TECORA is grateful to communicate that UV-C bio system was successfully installed at the University of Siena and will be involved in plenty tests of UV and LED-UV lamps.

Lab of the Dep. Molecular and Developmental Medicine, for more than 10 years, has worked and developed specific expertise in the field of disinfection with light sources conducting the following activities:

– Collaboration with UV LED and CHIP manufacturers for improvements of products;
– Testing UV LED and lamps in different environments (hospitals, schools);
– Development of various applications in the field of disinfection (air, surface, liquid);
– Setting design, prototypization and experimental radio-photometric and microbiological measurements in laboratory and real environment, on devices using light disinfection technologies, in the UV and visible range, for air, fluids and surfaces;
– Engineering and development of products to improve hygiene (using near UVA technology) in the food industry;
– Aid in R & D of Companies involved in devices working in the field of disinfection;
– Engineering of mechatronic devices in the hygiene field;
– Development and help with the industrialization of UV systems in the area of personal hygiene.

We are thrilled for this cooperation, based on mutual trust and the excellence of scientific research.
