ECHO HV EPA: Robust outdoor instrument with ISO 5167 Venturi gas meter for stable, all-weather use and low contamination sensitivity.
The Venturi gas meter utilized adheres to ISO 5167 standards, ensuring precision and reliability in flow measurement. This particular gas meter offers numerous advantages over alternative systems. It exhibits long-term stability in measurements, is adaptable to various weather conditions, and demonstrates reduced susceptibility to contamination due to its self-cleaning profile. Furthermore, its design eliminates components sensitive to air contact, enhancing durability and accuracy.
ECHO HV EPA stands out as a unique instrument in flow measurement and regulation due to its ability to adjust to real-time conditions without requiring recalibration. This flexibility extends to the user’s ability to interchange sample heads and adjust flow rates seamlessly. Equipped with a three-stage brushless blower, the ECHO HV EPA ensures virtually maintenance-free operation, boasting an average lifespan exceeding 20,000 hours, equivalent to over two years of continuous operation.
The instrument provides two sampling inlets: PUF and TSP, both freely interchangeable to suit specific sampling needs. The PUF sampling module, featuring a 102 mm filter holder and a 58 x 125 mm adsorbing cartridge (compatible with PUF or XAD2), enables simultaneous sampling of particulate and gas fractions at flow rates ranging from 180 to 220 l/min. Alternatively, a filter holder for total particulate (TSP) on a 150 mm diameter membrane is available, accommodating flow rates of up to 500 l/min.
