From 13 to 18 September 2026, TCR Tecora® will participate as sponsor and exhibitor at Dioxin 2026, the world’s leading international symposium dedicated to Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) and related emerging contaminants.
The event brings together scientists, researchers, environmental agencies, analytical laboratories, regulatory authorities and technology providers from around the world to discuss the latest developments in environmental monitoring and analytical science.
A symbolic edition held 50 years after the Seveso disaster
The 2026 edition has a special significance, as it will take place in Italy 50 years after the Seveso accident, a landmark event that profoundly influenced environmental protection, industrial safety and dioxin monitoring worldwide.
The symposium will provide an opportunity to review the scientific progress achieved over the past decades while addressing today’s challenges related to persistent organic pollutants and emerging contaminants.
For the first time, the Dioxin Symposium and the BFR Symposium will be jointly organised, creating an even broader international forum for scientific exchange and collaboration.

Approximately 1,000 delegates from universities, research institutes, environmental agencies and industry are expected to attend the conference.
