Altair OSM Kit: accurate ozone measurement, even under extreme conditions
Altair OSM Kit is a professional tool designed for controlling and reducing moisture in gas samples intended for analysis.
Easily integrated in series along gas sampling lines, the system ensures optimal conditions for sensors and analyzers, preventing errors caused by condensation.
Condensation Issue
At certain times of the year, the moisture present in the sample can condense inside the sampling lines, leading to inaccurate measurements.
In extreme cases, the detected concentration may be up to 50% lower than the actual value.
Operation and Efficiency
The moist sample from the sampling line passes through the OSM technology integrated in the kit, which dries it.
All parameters, such as humidity and temperature, are displayed in real time on an LCD screen, allowing continuous monitoring.
Advantages of Use
Thanks to controlled drying, the OSM Kit eliminates uncontrolled internal condensation, significantly improving measurement accuracy. This ensures reliable data, which is essential for accurate air quality monitoring.
Adaptability and Installation
The kit is compatible with any gas sampling line and features standard PTFE 6×4 mm connections. It is already successfully installed in air quality monitoring networks of ARPA and regional environmental agencies.
Regulations and Compliance
Designed in accordance with Italian regulations D.Lgs 155/2010 and DM 30/03/2017, as well as EPA/600/R-20/390 guidelines, the Altair OSM Kit meets legal requirements for environmental and safety standards.
