TCR Tecora® is the provider of a Proficiency Test dedicated to the determination of flow velocity and rate in ducts (PT FLOW), accredited according to the UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17043:2010 standard, with the aim of supporting quality assurance of results in the field of emission measurements from stationary sources.
The test is intended for all laboratories with a management system accredited by the national accreditation body ACCREDIA, which either hold or intend to obtain accreditation for the test related to the manual or automated determination of flow velocity and rate, according to the manual method described in the UNI EN ISO 16911-1:2013 standard.
The tests will take place from March 2026, at our TCR Tecora® headquarters in Cogliate (MB), Via delle Primule 16.
Before we begin, we look forward to welcoming you for an online organizational meeting. It will be the perfect opportunity to learn all the details and procedures of the test.
Specifically, the PT FLOW organized by TCR Tecora® aims to:
To ensure the maintenance of operator qualification;
To identify any systematic errors so that the laboratory can undertake the appropriate corrective actions;
To help ensure the effectiveness of the procedures used by each participating laboratory.
